No matter what, somebody wins and somebody loses even in Connecticut which probably has the highest percentage of rich people living in the U.S.

Back during the Great Depression foreclosures were initiated by bankers and enforced by sheriffs or marshals, nothing has changed. The "squeezing blood out of a rock" and "kicking them while they're down" principles are involved here. Homeowner couldn't afford the mortgage payments and loses his home and, on top of that, he owes them money for foreclosure expenses that he doesn't have. The tandem insults are the final slap in the face and a kick in the butt.
