Open calling for tender opens the way to buy national properties in maintenance of the hungarian war department. For example an ex-military station, holiday resorts, "national defence hostel", garrison's clubs are for sale. HNT sets the prize to 63 million HUF ~434.483 USD. Investors are free to hand in separate tenders for each property
